Doug obtained his CPA, CA in 1989. Doug started the firm in 1997 and is now recognized as a boutique tax and financial consulting services practice. Doug previously worked as senior tax manager at a major international accounting firm where he structured and analyzed tax syndications, provided seminars on retirement and estate planning to financial institutions and financial planning organizations, analyzed executive compensation packages and is knowledgeable in all aspects of corporate and personal tax. In particular, Doug has extensive knowledge in the areas of both Canadian and U.S. tax, entertainment industry, real estate industry and manufacturing (including scientific research and development).
Sharad Goel

Sharad obtained his CPA, CA in 1986 and has been practicing as a public accountant. His clients consist mainly of owner- managers who require accounting, tax planning and financial advisory services. In recent years, Sharad has been providing consulting and tax services for hedgefunds and private equity funds through Hedgeview Services Inc.
